Rejuvenate Retreat

So excited to be back here again in 2026 for what is an incredible weekend on the most beautiful scenic island. 
 

What’s involved

All food and accommodation (twin/triple share with ensuite) is included for two nights, all yoga things are there for you. Just make sure you pack your swimsuit for a dip and comfy shoes to explore the Island.

Days will be filled with vinyasa, yin, yoga nidra, sound bath, reiki, meditation, breathwork.  Also getting out for walks and swims if the weather is decent. 

This is available to all levels and abilities, and you can decide what you need for yourself each day. Opt in/opt out that’s ok, I just really want you leaving there feeling restored, connected back to Self and Rejuvenated.
